A strange experience

It is very hard to explain. I enjoyed it but there were moments in which I could not work because I didn´t have much time because we had other works like reporting in streets, or recording a radial report, etc. It is true that we had time to work in the university, but sometimes we wrote our blog in our houses because we didn´t finish our tasks.

Doing an evaluation, the experience like bogger was good for learning english because we could notice our mistakes and use the recomendations of our teacher and we posted to oue classmates, so we met new people from other grades.

Firstly, the advantages were many. For example, we could think about topics that we had forgotten, like why we are in te career, or what kind of journalism we want to practice, or who we admire in our area, etc.

Secondly, the disadvantage of blogging in the English class was the time.

But finally, this was a good experience.

Thanks for all.-

My ideal job

If I have to choose an ideal job, this would be in a media -any kind- where I could travel around the world.

All the people ask me about if the journalism is just traveling around many countries, but this idea is unreal. Just few journalists have the opportunity to make reality this wish.

Well, if luck were with me, I could obtain a god job where I would be able to travel, to report other realities.

I would be good at this job because I`m a responsible person and i will learn other languages, so I will be ideal for traveling.

To find this kind of job is almost imposible, but with time and experience, this dream could be real.

About Ken Robinson´s work

In his conference, Ken Robinson talked about the education and the creativity of children. The central topic was how the school and the sistem inhibit the human creativity, whit rules, and special knowledges.

The relation between teachers and students is hard because they say "what to do and how do it", and this inhibit the creativity of childrens.

Ken Robinson says that the consecuences of this relation can go back to school sistem and could change the the potential of children , so he said that all born artist and while progressing in school, we lost our talent.

Finally, is remarkable the entertaining way to explain of Ken Robinson, with examples and personal experiencies. Very funny.

I agree with him: creativity now is important in education!

My future

For my future i hope many things.

5 years from now i guess that i will be working in a newspaper or in other media, but in journalism. That´s for sure.

I don´t know if my future will be promising like i want now, but i will try to do it, for a good life.

In the work i will be a good journalist. Responsible and hardworking. In my life, i don´t know if I´ll be married or alone, but I´m sure that in 5 years from know I don´t want childrens. This project is for eight or ten years from now.

In the newspaper i will be working like reporter, or, if the future is better that i think, i will be editor of a section, or something like that.

My ideal future is with a family, with security and peace. With a good professional and personal life. I hope a nice home. I don´t know if in Santiago, but a nice home with a few cats.

Finally, i want to be happy.

CHRONIC: a way to say stories of reality

My favourite subject was Chronic and interview, in second year of University.

In this subject my teacher was Ximena Póo, a great writer and journalist, and my assistant was Paulina Roblero (She´s my friend now).

Between different topics, we saw a few latinoamerican writers like Martín Caparrós, Carlos Monsivais and Juan Villorro, and we learned how do an interview.

This was the hardest part of the subject because we met many new people and sometimes they were not nice.

Nevertheless, we learned how write great and that´s one of our tresaure. We learned how describe things, situations, trips, in others.

I´m very appreciative of this subject, and if i have to do a subject again, it was Chronic and interview.

The war in photos

This picture was taken for Robert Capa, an important photographer of the history. Capa was hungarian and he was the creator of Magnum agency of photography, where now work the most important photographers of the world.

In the picture appear soldiers of the Second War, in the “D” day, when they arrived to Normandia, France. It was an important step for the end of the war.

The photo was taken in 1944, exactly June 6th

I like this photo because it is in black and white. Another reason is the amazing life of Robert Capa and the important historic moment that the photo represents.

The photo is not clear because the films were lost until fourteen years ago. Other information is that Robert Capa used to travel around the world, taking pictures of the war, in Spain and Japan, and in others countries.-
